Lynn D. Russell, President & CEO

Dr. Russell has extensive experience in engineering and environmental control systems. Former Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Mississippi State University and former Professor and Dean of the College of Engineering at three US universities: Boise State University, University of Alabama in Huntsville, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Helped establish and manage major environmental sensor and environmental control projects funded by US EPA, DOD and NASA. Dr. Russell is the author of numerous publications in the field of energy and environment, including a textbook on thermodynamics. He is a former scientist with NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, and Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas (worked on environmental control systems for the Apollo lunar landing program and on other programs for NASA).

Former President of UTEK Corporation, a Florida based international business development corporation. Extensive experience in business development, intellectual property management, and international health policy.

Tara V. Russell, Vice President of Engineering

Experienced in Cross-Cultural Training and Communication and Conversational in Mandarin Chinese and Thai.

Also worked as strategic business process consultant with Accenture and Arthur Anderson. Expertise in manufacturing, process optimization, project management, and information technology.
